Dr. Teli Chen, AEMP, L.Ac., MD (in China)

Teresa Chen represents the 7th generation in a traditional Chinese medical practice. Teresa earned her western medical degree from Guangxi Medical University in Nanning, China. She was a practicing oncologist and completed the continuing education program in traditional Chinese medicine at the Guangxi Cancer Institute. She has owned and operated an acupuncture clinic in Bellevue, WA for over 20 years.

Additionally, she earned a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Teresa was awarded diplomas in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Washington.

Teresa's experience in both Western and traditional Eastern medical techniques, as well as her postgraduate degree in nutrition, allow her to provide a wide range of treatments and preventive care options. Her patients can rest assured that they will be given the most comprehensive and effective treatment possible.

In her free time, Teresa enjoys dancing and exploring ways to live a healthy and happy life.
